Vis Mentis Public Benefit Nonprofit LLC, the chief organizer of TEDxDanubia is a social entrepreneurship. In our TEDxDanubia Program we place a a good cause at the centre of our efforts in a way that apart from the direct and organizing costs associated with the conferences we use all income to foster the cause we believe to be important and inspiring and help a community form around it.
As a result of the goals and operating logic of our organization we rely on the cooperation with the members of our community who are in the position to financially support our initiative, too. For that, we offer various ways for private individuals and legal entities, as well.
Supporting membership
Ticket prices for our events are kept low as compared with similar events in order to help participate those who have limited resources. We would like members of our community who can afford not to be helped to recognize the significance of this effort. Therefore, we ask those who can afford to help us and our cause to be Supporting members of our community and we seek to develop a special relationship with them. For our Supporting members we offer free and guaranteed participation for the events of our ensuing annual program. Patrons’ Lodge
We are looking to cooperate with private individuals and companies to build our cause and share the right and responsibility to form the TEDxDanubia community. We seek to develop individual relationship on these grounds and have created the concept of a Patrons’ Lodge, identified by a name of our patron’s choice, ensuring free and guaranteed participation for the events during the following year for the patron himself/herself and 4 of his/her guests. Partnerships and our sponsors’ program
Through our Sponsors’ program we offer special ways for companies to connect: the main focus is not on traditional, display-type forms of advertising, but rather on meaningful value creation and positive association in the context of our community and shared ideas. We are looking for companies who share our vision and have a cause, a product, a vision or an initiative aligned with our goals (or would like to have one, for that matter). We seek to develop special partnerships with these companies building on a shared concept and creative effort to find the most meaningful way to support our partner’s brand and the interests of our community, thus generate visibility and support in our community.
